About
Rachel is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach living outside of Rochester, New York. She specializes in strength training, conditioning, kettlebells, mobility, and nutrition. While Rachel has worked with people between the ages of 15-80, she mainly helps mid-career or retired individuals stay strong, mobile, and confident. Rachel grew up taking ballet classes and playing soccer. She trained at a school for ballet in high school and then turned professional. Rachel has been working in the fitness industry since 2015 and got her start teaching Spinning® and group classes. For a few years, she participated in amateur competitive cycling events and was the 2019/2020 New York State Criterium Champion. Rachel has found that she can make the most profound impact on someone's life through personalized training and coaching.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys swinging kettlebells, hiking, and going for bike rides. She is a mom to one boy and a dog mom to two pittie mixes.​
