About

Rachel is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach living outside of Rochester, New York who specializes in strength training, conditioning, kettlebells, mobility, and nutrition. She grew up playing soccer and taking ballet classes and, after high school, became a professional ballet dancer. Rachel has been working in the fitness industry since 2015. She began instructing Spinning® and group classes, then devoted her attention to personal training and nutrition coaching. The one-on-one environment is where Rachel feels she can make the most profound impact on someone's life. While she has worked with people between the ages of 15-90, she mainly helps mid-career and retired individuals stay strong, mobile, and confident.

You can find her featured in articles published on bicycling.com and Experience Life Magazine. For a few years, she participated in amateur competitive cycling events and was the 2019/2020 New York State Criterium Champion.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys strength training, riding bikes, and hiking with her husband, two kids, and pup.
